How much do you charge for a service call?

Service rates vary depending on the location and the amount of equipment being serviced. A typical local service call will be in the range of $120-130 for a diagnostic visit.

What is included in a "diagnostic visit"?

The diagnostic visit not only includes a comprehensive machine evaluation, but any repairs which can be performed on that visit. We do NOT charge you a trip fee or any other hidden fees.

What if I have more than one machine which needs service?

We can service your first machine at the normal rate and each additional machine at a reduced rate which depends upon whether you need a simple maintenance or diagnostics to solve a specific problem. The goal is to offer a fair price for services rendered.

Do you service both residential customers and commercial customers?

YES - in addition to providing services for thousands of residential customers each year, we provide maintenance and repair for apartment complexes, sports teams, corporate fitness centers, schools, hospitals and other commercial fitness centers.

Do you offer Preventive Maintenance?

YES - we provide PM maintenance for commercial and residential customers. This can be performed yearly, quarterly or however often it is needed. Feel free to email us a basic equipment list and we can give you a quotation right away.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, check and cash

Are you going to try to take my credit card information before the service call?

NO. This is a tactic used by other companies who are only interested in one thing - taking your money. Our goal is to build relationships with customers, not to threaten them with a charge to their credit card if they fail to make their appointment.

Why should I select your company over your competition?

The simple answer is that we take pride in making a living by solving problems with fitness equipment. That motivation keeps us from being greedy and looking at customers as if they were an ATM machine from which we extract money. We receive calls every week from customers who have been ripped off by a competitor. There are two important qualities you need in a service provider: competence and honesty. We have both.
